    Shipping and returns

    We have shipped your order with the necessary care and attention. It may happen that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. If you want to return something, follow the steps below ...


    • STEP 1
    Log in to your account. Go to My Orders and click on the last placed order. Here you can register the return. Indicate what you want to return with the return notification. Don't have an account with us? Write on the supplied packing slip which item you want to return. Place the packing slip in the return package

    If you want to order a different item or size, make a new order, so you can be sure that it is still in stock. Continue to step 3.

    • STEP 2
    Put the items neatly back in the packaging undamaged and unworn. We appreciate it when we get the items back in the same way as you received them. This means with all tickets attached and neatly packaged in the original packaging. We cannot return the items if we suspect that the items have been used.

    • STEP 3
    Cut out the return address on the packing slip and note the order number on the packing slip and stick it over the old address sticker on the return package.

    • STEP 4
    Take the return package to the nearest post office to have it franked and then delivered. The costs of this are for your own account. Keep the receipt from the post office well. This contains the Track & Trace code with which you can track the package and see whether it has arrived in good order.

    • Processing
    Once the return package has been approved by our return department, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. After this we will make the refund as soon as possible. Are you curious about where your return package is in the meantime? With the Track & Trace code you received from the post office you can view the current status of your return.


    You may cancel and return your order up to 7 days after receipt without giving any reason. The easiest way to return your items is to follow the steps above. We will then refund the entire order amount. The costs for sending your return package to TANKKD are for your own account.

    TANKKD is not liable for the loss or damage of a return package. We therefore advise you to send your return package by registered mail.

    When we have received and processed the return package and the returned items in good order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We strive to process your return within 3-5 working days after receipt. After this, we will refund the refund amount to your account as soon as possible. The aim is to have the refund made within 7 working days after processing your return. In any case, repayment will take place within the statutory period of 30 days.

    Have you received a damaged product or a complaint about a product? These items cannot be sent as a regular return package, but must be reported to customer service via [email protected]
